10 Amazing Benefits of Driving a Tesla Model 3

10 Amazing Benefits of Driving a Tesla Model 3

The Tesla Model 3 is one of the top-selling electric vehicles in the market. This car is the “affordable Tesla,” giving us luxury qualities at the right price.

Love them or hate them, Tesla vehicles are here to stay. This EV automaker has taken the world by storm and is now one of the top-selling names in the luxury market. If you’re looking for an impressive new EV to drive and experience every day, you’ll be glad to drive a Tesla. Currently, the Model 3 is the most affordable model from this EV brand. Let’s look at ten reasons you’ll admire this car.

1. Tesla offers an impressive app

The Tesla app allows you to control the climate and security of your car from your smartphone. That means you could set the cabin to a cooler temperature before you get to the car in the heat of the summer, lock it, honk the horn, and even summon the car out of a parking spot from the app. This app also enables you to check the charging status, schedule service, upgrade the software, and locate the car. It’s an all-inclusive app which is a fantastic tool for the Model 3.

2. The infotainment system is more extensive than any other car

Most cars tout the wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as significant infotainment features, but the Tesla Model 3 takes things much further. This system allows you to watch Netflix while parked, enjoy streaming some YouTube videos or enjoy the navigational features desired. Everything comes to you on the massive central screen, which is the only control unit included in the Model 3. It might take some getting used to when you need to look to the right for the speed, but it won’t take long.

3. Never visit a gas station ever again

If you install an at-home EV charging station and use the Tesla Supercharging network, you’ll have all the juice you need to keep on driving. Besides, visiting a gas station with the Model 3 is counterproductive because you can’t fill this car with gasoline. This EV drives on electricity which opens a whole new world of driving for you.

4. Updates can be exciting in the Model 3

The software upgrades sent from Tesla to your Model 3 are delivered via over-the-air systems. You don’t need to visit a dealership for something as simple as a software update. Of course, it wouldn’t be prudent to try and visit a Tesla dealership because the company doesn’t have them. When you’re notified of a new software update, it can feel like you’re receiving a special gift that makes you excited and ready for something new and wonderful.

5. Incomparable driving quality

Between easy driving in traffic and quick acceleration when the roads are wide open, it’s easy to enjoy everything the Model 3 has to offer. You’ll love the smooth powertrain and the pleasant feeling as you head out on the road for some fun. The Autopilot system can make driving in traffic a bit more pleasant, and this car qualifies for driving in the HOV lane because it’s an alternative-fuel vehicle. You won’t find the same driving qualities in anything with a gasoline engine and might never want to go back from driving an EV once you take this Tesla out on the road.

6. The safety systems of the Model 3 will keep you out of trouble

As expected, the Tesla Model 3 has many of the most advanced safety features offered in any vehicle on the road. Not only does it include these systems, but the warnings and alerts can also be a bit more jarring than a light or a beep, which is all some cars offer. If you try to cross a lane without signaling, the car makes a rumbling feeling like you’re on rough pavement. There’s a large rearview camera which shows a massive display, and the blind-spot monitoring system will keep you from side-swiping other vehicles.

7. Tesla only makes zero emissions vehicles

Zero emissions only refer to the amount of harmful pollutants expelled out of the tailpipe of a vehicle. Because Tesla only makes EVs, every model is a zero-emissions vehicle. Eventually, we’ll have to also consider the rubber particles from the tires, the brake dust, and the mining processes to build EVs, but right now, every electric vehicle is much more eco-friendly than all of the gas and diesel models.

8. Acceleration is amazing in this Tesla

Even the base version of the Tesla Model 3 makes it easy to enjoy the drive with incredible acceleration off the line. You’ll want to be at the front of the line at every stop light, where you can take off and leave the rest of the world behind you. EVs accelerate much faster than traditional cars because of the instant torque offered by the electric motors. This quality gives you a little bit more fun in an already impressive EV.

9. The Model 3 stays cool in hot temperatures

You don’t have to live in the humidity of Florida or the swamps of Louisiana to experience severely hot temperatures. When the sun is blazing down on your car, the interior can become extremely hot. Tesla has put a cabin overheat protection feature into this car to ensure the cabin stays cool when it’s hot outside. This way, the car doesn’t turn into a giant oven but stays relatively cool. You don’t want to step into a car that’s hot, and Tesla ensures you don’t have to.

10. Electricity costs much less than gasoline

Whether you charge your car at home or you plug the Tesla Model 3 into a public charging port, the cost of electricity to fuel your EV is much less than it is when you fill up a gas tank with fuel. As more EVs enter the market, this might change, but for now, plugging in your Model 3 will significantly cut down on your fuel costs, which can be a huge benefit to your budget.

Do these ten qualities make it more likely that you’ll want to drive a Tesla Model 3 in the future? One test drive might be all that’s needed to make this the car that you enjoy every day.
