If you’re making a list of the items you want in the luxury sedan you’ll drive with your family, safety should be at the top of that list. Once you see the CT5, you’ll have this item checked off and know that you can enjoy the benefits of advanced safety features that make it easy for you to have the confidence you want during your drive.

What are the Standard Safety Features?

The base model of the CT5 is called Luxury, and it will help protect you and keep you from being in an accident. This model comes with forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, an HD rearview camera, and an LED reflective collision alert system. From this list, you can see that the CT5 will warn you of a collision and stop the car for you if you don’t react to the warnings. When backing up, you’ll see what’s going on behind you so that you don’t hit anything that might be in your path.

Add More Safety by Moving to Higher Trims

You can move up from the base model of the Cadillac CT5 and find more of the safety systems you’ll want to have during your time on the road. The Luxury Premium trim gives you the option of blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alerts, both of which help you be warned of things that might be in your path that you can’t see. Moving up to the Luxury Premium trim also opens the door to Super Cruise, which is a hands-free semi-autonomous driving system that allows you to relax a bit. This is also where you can find adaptive cruise control, automatic high beams, and lane-keep assist. These added items give you more safety during your time out on the road in this luxury sedan.

You’ll Find More to this Car than Just Safety
