Because it relies solely on an electric motor, you get almost instantaneous access to all 340 horsepower.
The standard setup involves a single electric motor that powers the rear-axel. Upgrade to the all-wheel-drive option, and you’ll have power going to both axels at the same time. Did I mention that the new Lyriq can blast off from zero to 60 mph in just 4.3 seconds? That’s the kind of speed and power you can expect from Cadillac’s first try at an electric car.

You’ll have access to some familiar systems like Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and an available Wi-Fi hotspot.
