When you choose the 2021 version of the Explorer, you’re going to find a variety of impressive upgrades. The XLT gains heated front seats and is eligible for the Sport Appearance package and heated steering wheel. The top three trims now have an eight-way power front passenger seat. The Platinum trim offers you a standard cargo organizer and you’ll find a few minor changes in the paint colors you can choose from.

You’re looking for the readings that give you the information you need, you’ll want to choose the Ford Explorer. This SUV offers you a 12.3-inch digital display as a standard offering in the ST and Platinum models. You’ll see a Calm Screen mode which is designed to reduce the distraction you feel when you’re driving by giving you only the most necessary information.

You won’t find compromises when you look inside the Explorer. Most models offer room for seven passengers across three rows of seats along with plenty of cargo room for everything you need to bring home with you. Now, in its second year of the current generation, the Ford Explorer offers you the style and appearance you want to see. The ST trim offers a unique look with a black mesh grille and side cladding to give you the sporty style you expect from this trim. Standard Items in the Ford Explorer

The base version of this Ford SUV offers you 18-inch alloy wheels, tri-zone automatic climate controls, a power driver’s seat, cloth upholstery, a power tailgate, ten cup holders, the Co-Pilot 360 safety package, and remote starting. You’ll also find an eight-inch touchscreen, Wi-Fi connectivity, satellite radio, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a six-speaker audio system.

You can move to the XLT trim and enjoy heated front seats, a power passenger seat, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, keyless entry, push-button starting, heated side mirrors, second-row captain’s chairs, and more USB ports

Tons of Options for the Explorer

Several trims and upgrades are offered for the Ford Explorer. You can enjoy the benefits of AWD, the Sport Appearance package, a heated steering wheel, and a Trailer Tow package. The Limited trim can be had with a power third-row, a hands-free tailgate, rain-sensing wipers, heated and ventilated front seats, a self-dimming rearview mirror, a 360-degree camera system, wireless charging, and a 12-speaker Bang & Olufsen audio system.

Choose the ST trim and you have the most powerful engine, a sport-tuned suspension, AWD, 20-inch alloy wheels, leather upholstery, a self-parking feature, automatic emergency braking, high-performance brakes, and 21-inch alloy wheels.

The Platinum trim is the top model and it brings you a twin-panel moonroof, adaptive LED headlights, and more leather. Add the Premium Technology package and enjoy a 10.1-inch vertically oriented touchscreen, massaging/multi-contour front seats, and a 14-speaker/980-watt Bang & Olufsen surround-sound system.
