There’s a Lot to Love about the Cadillac XTS

The generous cabin and spacious room found in the Cadillac XTS allow you to have the most comfort of any car in this class.

This vehicle has a huge area for passengers, an 18 cubic-foot trunk, and 60/40 split-folding rear seats. The front seats have been bolstered to be easy to enjoy with the comfort you’re after and you can enjoy the electronics that are offered in this great car. If you’re looking for a large and comfortable car to drive, the Cadillac XTS could be the right one for you.

Figure Out which Trim is Right for You

The Cadillac XTS is offered in five different trims. The basic model includes leather upholstery, dual-zone climate controls, keyless entry, push-button starting, rear parking sensors, 19-inch alloy wheels, and a power-adjustable steering column. The infotainment system you see has an eight-inch screen, and it allows you to connect using Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. There’s an eight-speaker Bose sound system and wireless charging as well. Move up to the Luxury trim and add a navigation system, heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, and a heated steering wheel.

Add More Stuff to Your Cadillac XTS

There are plenty of great features for you to have when it’s time for a ride on the roads that you travel in the Cadillac XTS. You’ll find active safety features including forward collision alerts, lane-keeping assist, and automatic emergency braking to give you more of what you want in a great car. Move up to the Premium Luxury trim and enjoy AWD, blind-spot monitoring, an upgraded 14-speaker Bose audio system, magnetic ride control, tri-zone climate controls, a head-up display, and 20-inch wheels. The top of the lineup gives you the V-Sport Platinum model of the XTS that has 22-way adjustable front seats that can massage you while you drive.

Choose the Engine for Your Drive

The Cadillac XTS is offered with two engines, but the more powerful one is only offered in the V-Sport version. The standard power you’ll enjoy comes from a 3.6-liter V6 engine that provides you with 304 horsepower and 264 lb.-ft. of torque. This engine is attached to a six-speed automatic transmission to give you 19 city/28 hwy mpg in FWD models or 17 city/26 hwy mpg in AWD versions. The V-Sport engine is the same size but adds twin-turbocharging to the mix to produce 410 horsepower and 369 lb.-ft. of torque.
