For the first time in a long time, the Cadillac Escalade shows up with a special look.
We’ve seen a variety of special models and trim choices from the GM brands over the years with different style cues and color combinations. This new Escalade is the Sport Edition, which showed up at the Lo Angeles Auto Show. The Sport Edition brings us dark accents and features to the large SUV to be an impressive style package that can offer the dramatic effect you’re sure to admire and love when you choose it for the Escalade you want to drive.
What Does the Sport Edition Offer?
If you choose the Cadillac Escalade as the large SUV you want to drive, the Sport Edition version brings you Gloss Black Ice chrome in the grill, rear fascia, window surrounds, and body side moldings. This package also allows you to ride on 22-inch Midnight Silver wheels, which completes the package that is a darker and more sinister appearance that you’re sure to admire and enjoy. This new Sport Edition is offered on three of the four trims, which are Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Platinum models.
The 2019 Model has a few Changes
The 2019 version of the Cadillac Escalade could spell the end of the current generation of this SUV. Even so, the model has new exterior colors, which are Manhattan Noir Metallic and Shadow Metallic. These two new colors push out the old colors of Midnight Sky Metallic and Dark Granite Metallic. Another new item for the Escalade is a hands-free tailgate with a logo light which is standard on all of the trims of this SUV. The new Sport Edition of the Escalade is the first special edition of the SUV that will be offered.
Making the Drive Comfortable in a Cadillac
When you choose the Cadillac Escalade, there’s no denying the quality and the comfort that you find. This SUV has survived four generations thus far and is scheduled for a fifth starting in 2020. The comfort and quality you find along with the nearly cult following of the vehicle makes it possible for you to have a large SUV with the seating you want and the features that make sense for you on the road when you get behind the wheel. You’re going to want to take a test drive and see if the Escalade is right for you.
A Small Change that Makes Sense
Many times, when we see a luxury brand make a change, it’s a large and expensive addition to the vehicle. Thankfully, the Sport Edition models of the Escalade will only cost you a small amount compared to the standard trims. This means you can have the added look of sophistication that comes with the dark accents that you want to enjoy when you head out on the road with this SUV and not pay a hefty additional price for the features that are added.
