2018 Buick Regal TourX_ Bringing a European Favorite to Our Shores (1)

The Buick lineup has been overhauled over the past few years and it has been updated with some models that are made to give it a different feeling and an impressive list of excellent vehicles to drive. The Buick Regal TourX is a model that has the look and feel of a wagon but doesn’t bring you the traditional size and shape of a wagon for the drive that you would normally expect to have for the drive. This new wagon is sport and impressive to give you the drive you want.
If you’ve been considering the drive of a small crossover SUV but you want to have the drive and feel of a sedan, the Buick Regal TourX is a vehicle that brings you what you want so that you can have the drive you’re looking for. This vehicle stands up a little taller than the standard Regal and it offers you the benefits of AWD to be a car that you can take out on the trails to have a great time with your family next to a lake or out in the wilderness where you’ll have a lot of fun.

The 2018 model year brings in the brand new Buick Regal TourX which is the model that offers you the ride you want with standard AWD, a powerful and efficient engine for the drive, the class-leading cargo space to make sure you can feel like you’re driving in Europe with the ability to fill the wagon area with everything you want to take with you, and it’s the first wagon to be part of the Buick lineup in the past twenty years. This is a bold move by Buick, but one that shows we’re ready to start driving a wagon again; when that wagon has the credentials the TourX brings with it.

Features that fill this Wagon

There are three trims offered for the Buick Regal TourX; base, Preferred, and Essence. This is a car that starts at the base model with push-button starting, keyless entry, fog lights, 18-inch alloy wheels, and AWD. You’ll also enjoy the benefits of Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, OnStar 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot connectivity, a Bose premium sound system, a rearview camera, active noise cancellation, an active hood system that will help protect a person if the car is about to hit them while driving.

Moving up to the Preferred model you’ll have the benefit of an eight-way power driver’s seat, an automatically dimming mirror, a three-spoke steering wheel, and sill plates. The Essence model shows up with dual-zone climate controls, heated seats, a heated steering wheel, a remote starter, and a hands-free power liftgate. There is a Sights and Sounds package that adds a navigation system, a premium sound system, and HD radio, or you can choose the Driver Confidence package that gives you wireless charging, LED headlights with cornering and self-leveling features, rear parking assist, rear cross traffic alerts, lane changing alerts, blind spot warnings, mirror memory settings, a four-way power lumbar support for the driver, and outside heated mirrors.

The Engine for the Drive

There is only one engine offered for the Buick Regal TourX to make sure you can have the drive you want in this excellent wagon. This engine is a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that gives you 250 horsepower and 295 lb.-ft. of torque. This engine is attached to an eight-speed automatic transmission to make it possible for you to have as much as 29 mpg when you head out on the roads for the drive that you’ll want to experience on a daily basis.

If you’re looking for a car that’s much different from what you see on the market today, the Buick Regal TourX can be the car that allows you to have everything you’re looking for when you want to take a drive. This impressive wagon is one that has the qualities you’re looking for and the features you need so that you can get out on the road or on the trails with the gear you need to take with you. This is a car that offers you efficiency, quality, comfort, and a European style to give you a unique and enjoyable way to drive.
