Even though most of us think if the new model year for the automotive industry as one that takes place in the fall months, when the calendar turns over to a new year, we can look forward to a long list of new cars that could be part of what we might want to drive in the future. By taking this event as a great time to talk about what’s new and what we expect in the future, we can discuss a few of the models that will become part of the auto market.
2019 Audi Q3 – This small and active SUV is one that we’ve only seen in the testing camouflage so far but it appears to be everything we expect. This SUV is one that looks as if it could offer us a wider body, a longer build, and a modern style compared to the older Q3. There are some rumors that we may have a plug-in hybrid powertrain added to the mix as well.
2019 BMW 3-Series – Over the years you might have felt as though the 3-Series has lost its edge and has lived on the reputation of the past. The new model has been out testing and is expected to be part of the 2019 model year and it seems to have the changes that will put it back in the lead as the driving car that we expect it to be.
2019 Genesis G70 – This will be the addition to the youngest luxury brand on the market and it will be the first time the brand makes an expansion. We can expect to see the same 2.0-liter turbo and 3.3-liter V6 engines that are used in the Kia Stinger with a build and the features we want in a luxury car. This is a car that we certainly will be ready to drive in the next year.
2019 Lamborghini Urus – It’s been the talk of the SUV market in Europe and it will soon be on the market in the US as well. This incredible SUV will be the perfect partner vehicle for any Lamborghini owner that wants a model they can comfortably drive on a daily basis that will allow them the fun and power of the name they love.
2019 Hyundai Veloster – The expectation with the new generation of this car is that we will have the performance aspects we’ve been searching for to make this the car that will give us the drive and the qualities we want. This car is the one the Hyundai brand will put their sub-brand “N” stamp on in the US and that will certainly be an active and exciting car to drive.
2019 Volvo XC40 – As the compact crossover SUV that we want to see and drive this beauty will be the one that will offer us the drive we’re looking for. With more compacts being the size we look for in an SUV, Volvo is heading in the right direction and will offer this vehicle with the Care By Volvo option that can change the way we buy a vehicle.
2019 Porsche Mission E – Here is a model we’ve been looking for as one that we’ll be glad to see and enjoy on the road and the track. This car is the EV model that’s aimed to take down some of the current leaders in the market and bring us a sports car from Porsche that can offer the drive we want and need while also delivering the power we’re used to from this brand.
2019 Mercedes-AMG Project One – The look and the qualities offered for this car will make it one that competes with some of the most admired hypercars on the market today. This is a car that will reach over 1000 horsepower with a 1.6-liter turbocharged V6 and four electric motors to offer a top speed of around 217 mph while coming in at a price of as much as $2.5 million.
2019 Rolls Royce Cullinan – As the height of the automotive market and the name we respect more than any other, Rolls Royce has realized they need to get into the SUV market. This means we’ll soon see this SUV (pictured above) and it should be powered by a V12 engine and have every possible comfort and convenience feature we can imagine as it makes its way to the shows.
2019 Toyota Supra – Finally, we will see the new iteration of the supercar from Toyota that has been the name we’ve admired brought back to the market. The price appears to be an affordable number and hopefully, that will be the case as we see what the combined efforts of BMW and Toyota have produced for us to enjoy the ride.
