Planning to Grab Some Attention

It should come as no surprise that Toyota will attempt to grab some attention at the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show later this month. This brand is one that’s offered us a variety of impressive models over the years that have come to us with a wide array of shapes and designs. While we hope to see the new Supra sports car, Toyota continues to show us the full commitment it has to offering more hybrid and zero emissions vehicles for us to choose from when we want to experience and excellent drive wherever we need to go.
The newest addition to the show lineup is an excellent people mover concept that will be a car that can be the family vehicle of the future, but this vehicle might need to change its shape to come to market. This new people mover is called the Fine Comfort Ride concept and its built with an interesting shape to cut through the air and handle the challenges on the road. This is a car that’s crafted to look like a diamond that can drive on the road with the narrow front and rear of the car with a wider area in the middle.

A few Specs We Know

This new concept car is powered by a hydrogen fuel cell system that will be able to provide us with as much as 620 miles of range for the ride. This car will take about three minutes to refuel when it pulls up at a hydrogen refueling station. As a zero-emissions vehicle, the Fine Comfort Ride would be a better choice for a family to own and drive than an EV model because of this refueling time that will be easy to have the drive needed and continue down the road, providing there are hydrogen refueling stations along the way.
Inside the cabin of the Fine Comfort Ride, we see purple upholstery and an array of blue LED lighting features that are made to give you a futuristic and modern look and feel in the vehicle. The seating can be reconfigured to whatever the needs are that you have or they can be removed to make this a vehicle that offers a decent amount of cargo volume. The windows are also used as display screens, which makes it easy for you to browse online to find the information you’re looking for when you drive.
We’ll get to learn more about the new Toyota Fine Comfort Ride concept model when it shows up at the Tokyo Motor Show and it’s certainly one that we’re looking for. This is a hydrogen-powered van that is shaped to please and offer you the quality driving you want while offering zero emissions while on the road. As it comes closer to being a production model it seems like this vehicle will probably take on a more conservative look and feel, but the fact that this is a concept we’ll see later this month will make this a vehicle we’re interested in learning more about.
